California Marriage License

The Following Items are NOT needed to get a Marriage License:

A blood test or health certificate is NOT required to obtain a marriage license.

There is NO residence or citizenship status requirement.

No pre-martial marriage counseling

You do not need to live in California, or the United States to qualify for a marriage license.

There is NO WAIT period, once you have your marriage license you can be married

Anyone from anywhere in the world with proper Identification can get married in California.
